Why do i sweat so much?

i sweat all day long. i have recently (for about two or three months) been using degree clinical strength antiperspirant but it isn't helping. i followed the directions very well but i still sweat. there is no problem with smell the stuff takes care of that but i have tried all kinds of antiperspirant, degree clinical and not clinical, dove, secret, i even tried my dads super strong deodorant once i know I'm a girl but i just wanted to see if it would work. it didn't work. i sweat all the time too not just when its hot i sweat when I'm just sitting here doing nothing not under pressure and its only 68 degrees in my house! what can i do? i desperately need help!

  1. that means your healthy.and in good shape


  2. 1. If you use a deodorant/antiperspirant for too long it stops working. Your body gets too used to it, so make sure you switch it out every few months.

    2. Visit your doctor. You may have hyperthyroidism or hyperhidrosis.

    3. Try using an antipersperint that contains aluminum chloride

    4. If you're overweight, try to lose some weight. That can cause excessive sweating

  3. Drink water!!

    Keep yourself hydrated!

    You'll know you're hydrated if your pee is almost clear, with a tint of yellow, not yellow like a banana!
