Why do people have deja vu?

I have deja vu all the time and it freaks me out..

Not 100% sure why, but I actually don't think that people actually have,

Deja vu, they just think that they have, they actually just have so much of a routine that it feels like they are constantly do the same things over and over, again, again, it just routine, doing basically the same things every-day, maybe even roughly at the same time, same place etc, etc, etc,   Just routine,  I too feel the same, just doing basically the same things every day same places, same times etc, etc, etc...
