because like so many people in the world, they dont care about anyone else but themselves, and so rather than inconvenience themselves by turning them off, or thinking about how it bugs other people, they just dont care and leave them on. I hope they get cancer

Some cars are set to always have their lights on, such as BMW and Mercedes etc. the lights are always on day or night. The only light that you have to manually turn on is the highbeams. So it's not always the driver, it's the car too.

It could be that they don't see the warning light on the dashboard or they have just come through an unexplained thick bank of fog which nobody else has seen or they don't realise it's an offence or....it could just be... that they're serious grade 'A' pratts that think it looks cool when in actual fact they're just dazzling people and being a total pillocks.

I used to love giving fixed penalties out for that!!!

Blindness? What really gets me going are the fools who have their rear fog lights on in the rain. The tossers don't realise or care that they dazzle vehicles that are higher than them. Wankers!
