Why do women disrespect this person ?

There is this person I know , he is ugly or say unsightly , at the same time hes quiet and socio phobic plus shy . No woman in the office respects him , hes treated like garbage , he asks for the keys and they throw it at him in a degrading manner , they shut there doors quickly when he passes by , they walk away from where ever he is and avoid sitting close to him , they stand in a group and laugh at him.Now question 1 . If this man had a nice face would he get the same treatment ? 2 . Is there some thing in evolution that trained women to behave this way towards men who dont display the alpha male status ?

There may be other reasons that he is picked on aside from his looks. Some less attractive people can get on well with others in the office. It also has to do with the fact that he seems weak and can easily be picked on. In nature, leaving the weakest of the brood to fend for themselves and to not have a mate would ensure strong genes survive. This would be the only biological reason. Usually attractive people have been treated better and may also seem more confident. There is also a sick sense of power people get from picking on those weaker. To defeat a weaker opponent shows your strength in the wild.

It's easy to pick on those who won't defend themselves.  The ladies are just insecure with themselves.

Those woman are selfish for not saying monsters . Go to your boss and tell him or her the way this man is treated ; you have nothing to loose . If I were the boss of those woman ; they would be fired instantly

what im going to write really only appliesn to you if your a man which i think you are.... women as a whole, i believe have more tolerance for people like the man u describe then fellow males do,  if the women are btreating hijm like this it may be bc there are things that they are picking up on within his pesonality that make them uncomfortable or scornful... many men with the characteristics you have described happen to be quiite ( i dare to say) sleazy.... even tho it can be meant in the best way possible and evenh tho in his head he means to say the same thing as the fit guy in the office who gets all the girls, the fact that he lacks confidence ajnd social skills will make the girls uncomfortable around him and INTERPRET him as sleazy.....

y i said this onbly applies to u if ur a man is bc i tink most girls will agree with me on this.
