I worked in a call centre for the home office once, it wasn't what i wanted to be doing, but the money was good, and it was very easy work.  The call numbers were really low.

Put it this way, i would never do it ever again.  No matter what.

There was no training, i just had to wing it the entire time.  Luckily i soon learnt that actually most calls where the same, and it was the same people who called.  So eventually i got to know each caller, they got to know me, and we use to have a right laugh.
