Because of what the day originally meant.

And now that it a family gathering that is not for a birthday, wedding , funeral, or national holiday, it is a spring time gathering to rejoice in the sacrifice that Christ had made for each of us.

even though i once had a nightmare a giant alien easter bunny came to earth with thousands of regular bunnies and dominated the world, killing everything in sight. even a puppy. :(

so yeah...easter isnt my thing anymore. haha.

My Dad would make his special banana pudding. He learned to cook from his Mother, his aunt and pre-WWII Coast Guard. My Dad will be 90 years old this year!
