Why does flickr suck so much?

Question

I can't stand it anymore. I post up photos in flickr- I put tags on them- I wait days, even weeks and still whenever I put my tags on the search box 0 results come up. What's the point of putting tags if the search can't detect them? Am I doing something wrong?

not sure why, try going to you album without logging into flickr, select tags from menu, then from text sized list of words , choose a tag, the images you tagged with that word should appear, then try browsing from search with "tag" and your "username", if you use generic tag like "black and white", there will be too many results, you can also view in thumbnail mode,

if your account is new and /or image, images are pending review by moderators, your photos won't show up in public photo lists until verified safe, also make sure images are public for viewing,

No it sucks i deleted all my pictures from there.
