Why does he like me?

I don't understand it....I'm ugly, not very outgoing, shy, clumsy and a bit of a loser. He, on the other hand, is amazing. So why does he like me and not some other girl who is as awesome as him??? It just seems too good to be true...

He likes you for yourself, being ugly and being a loser has nothing to how he feels. You should be happy he isn't like all the other shallow @ssholes.

If he likes you then you should like him to since he likes you for your personality.

Now, to answer your question, maybe he's actually smart and can see that other girls that he is expected like are self-absorbed little brats.

I think he sees you for who you are.

See... I was exactly the same way. I always told myself I'm not good enough, etc. But maybe your wrong? You should give yourself more credit. And maybe he likes you for a bright personality or something other than looks?

I wouldn't thing for one second that it's to good to be true, because it's not. Your putting yourself down and making yourself look in your opinion ugly. I'm a guy so I know how they are. Some are horn dogs that look for a hot girl for a one night stand. Others like me don't look for the so called hottest girl, we look for a good personality.

I personally look for 30% looks and 70% personality. The 30% looks is just being attractive to the girl. When it comes to the 70% that's what counts the most. I speak for all the good men out their, other than the scum bags.

So overall don't be afraid go for it and don't be fooled this guy see's the true beauty and personality in you.

It could be many things why he likes you.

One thing I've learned in life and sadly I wish I knew this in my teens early twenty's...Is that how you view yourself isn't necessary how other people view you, I was bullied and introverted and felt worthless in my Teens but not everyone felt that way towards me,and many years later I realized my true potential and then the world suddenly became this wonderful place.

I've read many of your answers on the ma section and you come across to myself as having a great attitude and have offered some great advice to people on here,I'd say your guy likes you for your personality and I'll bet your not ugly and certainly not clumsy as jiu-jitsu takes good coordination and perseverance and with you sticking with it over 6mths proves my point so you are not a loser either.

Take things one step at a time and I'm sure you are awesome to this guy.

you are just self conscious. you are probably extremely pretty and a great girl. If you think this boy is amazing, then you should go out with him... enjoy the ride!
