Why does my cockatiel do that?

Question

My female cockatiel, Coco, keeps, bending over with her tail up, and spreading her winds, then she waits a couple minutes, looks around, and stands normally with her wings tucked-in. Why does she do that?

P.S

I also have a male cockatiel named Leo, (who is in her cage as well), does Coco want to mate with him?

maybe shes laying a egg buy a nest and put olive oil on her but so the egg could come out easily

It sounds like Coco is flirting with Leo. She is doing her best to show him she is interested in him and she is in the mood for romance. If Leo is actually a male and is mature enough for romance he 'll figure out out what she wants. If Leo turns out to be a girl Coco is going to be heart broken so please make allowances for her if she gets moody or grumpy.

this is an action that I found usually only the females do.  It is a way of saying 'this is mine'.  It isn't a mating action however when females are ready to mate this is an action that they do more often as they become more territorial over their cage.  As far as her wanting to mate with your male.  Yes, of course she wants to mate with your male.  But, this action has nothing to do with that.

I'm guessing that's normal. It also could be the reason that they want to mate. Does Coco eat/drink regularly? What about her p**p? Is it normal as always? If there is no bad sign, than there's nothing wrong with her. Just make sure your paying attention to them, as much as you can! Good Luck! =)

My male, which is our only bird, will get up on the curtain and do that. He is just showing off.  Usually does it after I admonish him for doing something he shouldn't have done. He is just saying, "I'm the boss".
