  1. may be you need to clean the machine :)

  2. throw that bacteria maker away.

use a mellita filter. you don't need a machine to pour hot water through a filter. Save electricity and drink better healthier coffee.

  3. A new machine is in order, but if you want coffee that tastes like it is supposed to try a different machine.

Very few will reach the proper temperatures, I guess the manufactures are afraid we'll burn ourselves on hot water.

Only machines on the market that I know of that will reach the correct temperatures, besides espresso machines, is TECHIVORM from Netherlands.

Or you can keep buying the cheap stuff and complain about how ickie your coffee is.

  4. It might need a good cleaning.

  5. Well the coffee  , that you did not clean out in the coffee machine , has been fed on by millions of bacteria , and they all have taken a dump in your machine , then in the morning you make a pot of coffee , and you get millions of Bactria's f***s in your coffee ,and you drink it down every morning and wonder why  it taste like sh*t .  LOL

  6. Try running a pot of 1/2 water 1/2 white vinegar through the machine to clean it.  That will take out all of the build ups in the machine.  Is there a water filter in the machine that you can replace?

You could always try bottled water and if the coffee tastes better, then you know you may need to invest in a Brita.

  7.   Without grounds or a filter, run a few pots of water with a bit of WHITE vinegar in it then run two pots of clean water.  It might be goopey inside.  Are you using good coffee?

  8. what coffee are you using?  maybe your making it to strong.  that makes it taste bittersweet.

  9. Maybe coffee is gross and you shouldn't drink it.

I hate the smell and the taste, nasty.

  10. A new pot may be a good start.

My Wife runs regular vinegar through out coffee pot (put in the water tank and put an empty filter in the basket) then lets it perk through. She follows this up with a couple of pots of clear water. It usually improves the taste for a few more months

  11. Have you ever cleaned it out? try running some vinegar and water through it and then just plain water. Then try making a pot of coffee to see if it tastes any better.
