Why does my computer shut down?

Why does my computer shut down while I'm playing webkinz and star doll?

It may because there is too much activity for the computer to handle. Maybe you can turn off the computer for a few hours and turn it back on and try. It may help.

Usually because processor is overheating.

Whenever a computer is trying to shut itself off its usually to protect itself from damage. which in most cases is overheating which can be caused by the machine being overworked, faulty parts or someone trying to overclock parts beyond what its safe to do.

Sometimes it overheats.

If it's a laptop it needs plugged in.

If your not clicking for a while it's just on standby.

Try letting it cool down and only use it a 1/2 hour a a time. Good Luck!
