Why does my eye twitch suddenly?

It's called myokymia/myokimia. It's usually due to stress or caffeine. Lower your intake in caffeine and try to relax a bit. Or if it really bothers you, take an antihistamine. The symptoms will go away. If that doesn't help, go see your Optometrist for a more specific exam.

i get this too and i think im to young to but i get it when im tense or really tired

i get that but on the under eyelid it sorta spazes out a bit!

i think its muscle strain!

I get that occasionally. I think it may be eye strain.
