I took a short 4 km run this monday and nothing bad happened. Then in in the evening my heel started hurting like crazy when I walk on it. Its been like this since then.Now I sorta limp when I walk, I walk on my toes with the injured foot to spare the heel, but it still kinda hurts because all the muscles and ligaments in the foot are tightened when I walk this way so it still touches the heel region.When I sit down or lie down for a while I cant feel the pain at all.Im a 24 year old guy that exercises fairly frequently.
