  1. I bet your using Netscape or any older browser. This is Microsoft's way of saying your browser isn't playing by its rules.

  2. Ok, the message you are getting is actually saying that the program encountered an error and needs to close.   Once the error occurs you program, whatever it is, is going to shut down.  Now, as for whats causing your browser to close down, that's another issue entirely.  It could be the website you are visiting, it could be a corruption in the program itself, it could be third party plug ins or extensions, or it could be other things going on with your computer.  I would try to notice if it errors out only at a particular website.  Or when you try to use flash/wmp/pdf or the like.  Second, try reinstalling your browser, whether its firefox or opera or IE.  Third I would run a virus/adware/spyware scan see if it pops anything up.  Finally, I would try reinstalling your third party plug ins, and if using firefox/opera, uninstalling your extensions, and adding them back one by one to determine if one is causing the issue.

  3. u probably have a virus in ur start up menu. if ur running windows xp, click start, all programs, and hover over the start menu. if there is some dumb program in the menu like deewoo or something, u need to get some antivirusware. be sure that it also defends against trojans, cause u might have one of those also. hope i helped.
