  1. Caffeine

some loose leaf teas have caffeine and some don't. If I am about to go to bed or just want to calm down I drink white tea, herbal tea or rooibos tea (my favorite)which I get at Ocean Of Tea.com. If I am looking to stay awake or just feel down and want to perk up, I brew up some Pu-Erh or Black tea which contains 20% of the caffeine in a cup of coffee. Hope this helps.

  2. Hi,

An easy one this actually; tea contains caffeine, which is a natural stimulant (perks you up, so to speak).

I read once that tea actually contains more caffeine than coffee but it's not something I'm in a rush to check up on.

    Hope this helps.

  3. Sweep away?

    How about the caffeine!

  4. Caffeine.  Try herbal or decaffeinated teas if you plan on drinking prior to bedtime.

  5. Because most are caffeinated.

If you are talking about helping you sleep, because it is warm and has herbs in it that help soothe you down.

  6. Caffeine.
