Why don't i get tired

i want to be tired so i can go to sleep but its hard. its already 4:00 AM here and i dont drink caffeine. what are some ways to get tired

  1. dont lay in bed and force your self to sleep. stand up turn on the lights read a book till u get tired. drinking chamomile tea helps and if worst comes to worst go get some sleeping meds


  2. being on the computer is the worst thing to do. studies show that the brain stimulation from the interactive webpages and constant typing & clicking only increases brain activity which hinders the body from entering the wind down phase to initiate sleepiness.

  3. Take a shower or bath.

    Drink warm milk.

    Lay in bed with your eyes closed and sing softly to yourself in your head.

    Turn the computer off!

    Read something really dry, like an insurance policy.
