Why even vote for propositions???

IF the state supreme court overrules a proposition voted for by the people, shouldn't a proposition be ruled constitutional first before it's put to a vote by the people?

  2. The Supreme court makes a sham of democracy, and is extremely paternalistic (They know better than everyone else)
