Why is Big Ben underated?

Every QB rating out there goes something like this. Brady.Manning.Favre.Romo. Cutler.Rivers.Palmer.Garrard. Why? Roethlisberger was 2nd in TDs (32) 2nd in Rating (104), over 3K passing yards, only 11 picks. He played better than most of the list, scrambles better than most QBs, so why is he so underated?

Because the analysts are fantasy geeks. All they care about is putting up the big passing numbers instead of important stats like winning percentage (Ben's is 39-16 which is .709), post season record (5-2), and championships (1). Something which Romo, Cutler, Rivers, Palmer, Brees, and Garrard don't have.

Ben's first 3 years were under Cowher, who had him on a bit of a leash, so he didn't throw for over 20 TDs those years (and he was not on the 100% healthy side of things his third year). Hopefully coming off of last season's performance, Ben can prove to the doubters just how much of a force to be reckoned with he is, provided he stays healthy.

Not by me. I have Big Ben the fourth best QB in the league after Brady, Peyton Manning, and Romo.

Roethlisberger was actually third in TD's, Brady had 50 and Romo had 36. Stats aren't the whole story, I know, and Ben has something I wish Romo had-a Super Bowl ring!
