THEY STARTED WITH A VERY LOW ECONOMIC BASE AND THEY LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES OF OTHERS. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY DID NOT GET THE PROPER EDUCATION. THEY HAVE ESSENTIALLY COMPACTED HUMAN HISTORY INTO A VERY SHORT TIME FRAME. WE ARE AIDING AND ABETTING THEM BECAUSE WE ARE UNDER THE DISILLUSION THAT THEY WILL CHANGE. BUT, BY THEN, THEY WILL HAVE BUILT UP A MODERN INDUSTRIAL BASE WHILE THE REST OF THE WORLD'S WILL BE CRUMBLING.
