Why is lebanese soccer so bad?

i aint tryin to offend you guys but your soccer really is very poor and one of the worst in ME.

why is this so?

I think you are right, but you can find a very good Basketball team in Lebanon,

Each country has special sport which they are so good in it more than the other sports,

the boys that play in the streets are very good so its not that lebanese are bad at soccer just the team may not be equiped and prepared enough or whatever

but most people dont go for a team they go out and get jobs like being a dctor or whatever so its not like here in the USA where the best players ever like millions try out for the teams, it maybe just a hand full or something

in the USA being a pro athlete is like WHOAA

in the ME iits not that big of a deal

they dont get paid as much and arent as famous and there isnt mych hype for it

and also funding is an issue

no money dear!!! --> footballers in Lebanon have to work something so they can "live" and this way they can be ready for maches enough as football teams in other countries

we're so good that if we actually tried, we'd kick the h**l outta everyone we play and that would hurt their self-esteem. so we go easy on everyone and let them win. we lebanese are considerate of the feelings of others.

Not enough funding for practice & good training programs, however we have some good players (I'm not sure of his name) but there's a lebanese who made it international ..... I think that if they got the right training they would really make it to the top

I think the fact that basket ball out levels soccer made it less popular which is not a bad thing btw....

well we qualified for the wcup a few years back i think in 02 but then got dqed lmao for cheating. so thats held us back for awhile, than last year in the asia cup we did alright i dont think we made it out of the group stages. the team is bad but hey they have no where to go but up LOL. anyway why dont you watch the bball team, their SICK
