Why is my splitter like this?

wen i try to throw a splitter it comes out like a knuckleball, im trowing it the right way and w the right grip, does any1 No y it does this.

it really depends on how you're gripping it. if you have the ball lodged, like wedged between your fingers, thats a forkball, and its designed to 'tumble' a bit like a knuckler. If you have your fingers on top of the wide seams, like a wider two-seamer, then you should get a decent split. then again, i don't know how you throw, so it depends on each person.

Maybe because your fingers are too far apart. Thats probablly why you have no rotation on the splitter.

no thats ok. Some splitters drop, some are changeups, some ar knucklers
