it doesnt matter which is the best. chose what suits you and be happy with it (or them if u have both). there is no point in squabbling about what console is better. and btw sony is losing hundreds of dollars with each sold ps3 due to the high cost to make blu ray in it. right now, sony is losing to microsoft financially.

PlayStation is surely not better than X360. XBOX is good because:

1> Microsoft created it.

2> It has much better graphics than any other console (not only PS3).

3> There is a good selection of games.

4> There is a type of user account thing in it, unlike PS3.

5> XBOX Live is superb.

6> The accessories and tools available for XBOX, like the controller keyboard and webcams are great and handy.

PS3 is the best cause the only competition is from microsoft.can we just take them serious when their company name has both "micro" and "soft" in it.

360 doesn't have better graphics to Ps3, they are equal or Ps3 is superior by a little.

Ps3 also has a good selection of games. And most games nowadays are multiplat.

Xboxlive is better. But your paying for online service and Ps3 users are not.

I hear most Xbox accessories are overpriced but I dont know.

360 doesnt have games I like besides the multi-platform ones. So the Ps3 is better in my case. and it connects with my Psp.

No way does a cosnoel with shared graphics memory and only 3 cores knowck out better gfx thanthe PS3, look up Heavy Rain

Ps3 cna use a USB keybaord for its Wen Browsere that 360 is mising, only 7th gen consoel without, and the PS eye. and compatibelyity wiht any Laptop hardrive and blutooth headset, not locked into MS tech.

@ Spy_optica, good advice, but MS is actually $5billion down overall as its still rcovering form Xbox losses and repalcing RROD, sony is only $3million down on PS3, and has all hte cahs form PS2 to sponge off. and both will make msot of that aback in game sales (and Blu ray sales for sony too)

360 has some good gmae,s I have a ton of fun palying Halo 3 wiht my mates, but 360 owners jsut have to be aware there consoel is now the oldest of 7th gen, Ps3 is still cutting edge tech, DVD was last gen, Cell is used in the IBM Roadrunner, worldss fastest PC. and the scalibilty of hte Cell is enourmous, its sitll only using 30% of its power, so gmaes cna get 3 tiems better grpahics before its ten year time is up.( yeah dont forget PSx- RIP @ 11 years, Ps2 - still strong at 8, wiht a few mroe yet, Xbox 1 - RIP  4 years. so if MS drop 360 to keep up wiht PS3 dont be alarmed.
