Why safe search always on?

never turned off... and everytime i want to turn it off, it didn't

To save your pc from harmful and risky sites which may cause harm your browser's cache,registry to be attacked by hijackers or your system to be attacked and infected by spyware,trackers,trojans or adwares-malwares etc.

the save search is set default to on and can only be set off when you are signed into your home page and have made the settings as off. once you sign in to your homepage you can go in and reset it to off and make sure you save your changes then each time you sign in the search will be off.
