Why is it when people get upset they cry and tears are formed, is there any reason for this chemical reaction.

  1. I've heard that tears of pure grief (death of loved one) can be toxic, hence it would be better to cry than hold all that toxic emotion inside.

    It's only hearsay, you'll need a source to confirm.

  6. To show vulnerability and to trigger the other's tear glands as well. To cleanse the eyes due to fatigue in both physical and emotionally.
