Why they don't reply??

Its about a site hosted by yahoo named SmartDataEntry.com where i send my wire transfer details to the addresses provided by the site itself but still didn't get answers. Everytime i ask for help, it sent some automated answer.

I've already paid the money for that job.

Why i'm not getting any real answer from them??

Are this US site sleeping??
