Why won't it work?

why when I tick for my 360 account picture to be displayed on this forum instead of my avatar does my account still show as having no picture?

It's something that Yahoo has to fix, not you. You're fine. See my past answer on this subject here:

The latest word is that it's taking 1 to 4 days for the image to show up this time. Again, be patient.

Yahoo picture changes are currently being done by the cleaning lady, after she empties the ashtrays and the trash cans.

Obviously she forgot.

Don't worry, she'll be in again next week.

Yahoo is doing some transitions into getting the new social network ready.

This is causing major bugs. They are not fixing the bugs in the yahoo 360

When we get the new network, answers will need to change the yahoo 360 photo link to the new social network photo link.

And this is going into transition also.

There is a delay in changing photos and avatars because the system is running slow due to the transition. So it may take a day to three days to show up.

Just wait it out for a day , or just keep trying.

There is nothing you are doing wrong.

I don't know anyone who isn't having major problems with their 360's... because..

Yahoo is in the process of launching a new platform here on this site.

The 360 will no longer be called the 360 after this.. we will have a new blogger and other things which yahoo has not announced yet.. Until that then they have stopped doing maintenance on the 360 and have pulled a lot of the server from it to give it to the new platform,  it is extremely difficult to not give up on this site lately.. they set a date for the change over to take place through a letter to a friend of mine who published it in a blog to us.. but  it has passed us by already.. .

The 360 product blog has a blog posted by Matt Warburton .. the new head of Yahoo.. that explains most of the questions you might have.. here is the link to that blog
