Why wont my Xbox 360 work?

ok, my hd proection tv went out, so i moved my xbox to my regular tv. i put in the AV cables, and put it to the right channel. then the screen got all fuzzy and it turned into all colors and no pic. now, no matter what AV jack i put the cables in, i get no pic at all. i dont understand wtf is going on. any ideas?

There is a little switch on the end of the av cables... switch it to TV...Here is what im talking about

Than switch it from HDtv to tv

Look where the the AV cable plugs into the Xbox and then their is a switch, just flip it
