Wii Trouble???!!!!!!?

Question

Today I switched the wii on after coming from my friend's house plying with the same remote control. When I came home I switched on my wii. But My wii Remote lights r flashing and not being stable. Please help me!!!!!

sync the wii remote and the wii in the order that you want.

sync ur remote open the battery cover of the remote and press the red button and at the same time open the front slot on the wii and press the red button
