Will I get a ticket????

OK, so 3 weeks ago I got caught speeding, by a policeman so theres no way I got away with it, and am waiting for a court summon. I still haven't recieved one, or heard anything about it.

Is there a set amount of time they have got to send it in?

Am I being too hopeful that I might have got away with it???? HA!

You can wait for up to 4 months. Well I had to.

Call the court.  It should be on file by now.

So he gave you the ticket? and you mailed it in that you were fighting it? and you havent heard back?
