I'm 5'3 120, athletic, eat VERY healthy, no soda, moderately active and wanna be 110. I love jogging! I eat 1800 cals a day to maintain my weight.
If I SLOWLY jog 2-3 miles a day (burning 200 calories) and eat 1200 will I lose 110 a month? I also weight lift twice a week (not hardcore). THis is considering plateuos, muscle gain etc. Will my metabolism stay up (I get all my nutrients)?
