  3. No.  Sony Television Network have securedthe exclusiveright to telecst all IPL Matches in India.

  4. No they cant, as IPL rights are already sold to Sony for a hefty amount, I'm sure sony would not like to share the same with DD for free..

    If u dont want to miss the IPL matches get a cable or DTH :)
