  1. In a word, no.  Not even the remnant moisture will make it that far northwest due to periodic frontal systems that will move across that region.

  4. No, but it may rain more in the next week or two.  Hurricanes bring their humidity into the atmosphere as they slam into the coast and eventually this turns to rain as it creeps North.
