IF i live in illinois and my friend calls me on my homephone in canada , will i get charged for it?

  1. no as long as you dont call that person you dont have to pay(i think not for sure)


  2. as long as he did not call you collect, then the calling party pays the fees... an exception would be a toll free number such as 800, 888, 866, 877.

  3. no!! he got to pay, because he is who initiates the call!!
