  1. To be honest, I doubt it. The 7150M is not that strong of a graphics processor. My ATI RADEON 3100 with 256MB can barely play it at low settings.

  2. www.systemrequirementslab.com

go here and look up the game and it will scan your computer and tell you

  3. Try downloading the demo here

    http://www.ea.com/crysis/home.jsp

If you can play it you should be able to play the full game.

Awesome game by the way. Can't wait for Crysis 2 to come out.

  4. What OS?  cause if you have vista....not really a good idea.. the minimum requirements are

CPU:   Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz (3.2 GHz for Vista), Intel Core 2.0 GHz (2.2 GHz for Vista), AMD Athlon 2800+ (3200+ for Vista) or better

RAM: 1GB (1.5GB on Windows Vista)

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT, ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (Radeon X800 Pro for Vista) or better

    VRAM: 256MB of Graphics Memory

    Storage: 12GB

    Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c Compatible

    ODD: DVD-ROM

OS: Microsoft Windows XP or Vista

    DirectX: DX9.0c or DX10

Also your video card might not have enough memory as well.  basically i would say if it does play, it probably wont play well.
