Will my item be delivered?

Bought an item of ebay from a seller in Oklahoma city OK, so he marks it as payment received July 10 since I payed via Money Order, but now he sends me a message that says there was a power outage and that the item might be late since the post office was down, so will the item be delivered with the PO down or will it even get delivered eventually?

There may be a slight backlog , because of the outage, bit once the power comes back on and they get situated, they will start the process of sorting and sending out, so you may get it a day or two later, but you should receive it/
