Will my nose piercing grow shut?

i just got my nose pierced about a month ago and now i just got offered a job at walmart where i have to take it out. if i took it out when i went to work then put it in after work, and maybe even try to get it back in on my breaks....will it grow shut? or do you think if i got a clear nose ring, the manager would mind?

Get a retainer (clear nose stud). This will hide it really good. Your manager might not even notice :)

No... I don't think your manager will mind...just wear a clear stud...I wouldn't take it out if I were you...

i wouldnt take it out just use a clear stud

You need to leave a stud in for six weeks to even have a chance of the piercing lasting.  Even then, taking the piercing in and out over and over will probably get it infected, and then it'll swell up AND close.  Get a clear or flesh-colored stud, no one should notice, but don't be switching it  out after work.  Leave it in as long as you can.
