    Sorry .. mis-read the question ... you have the Processor and are looking for a board ... hard to find socket 478 boards these days


  2. Your processor will NOT FIT your board.Sorry to say that your processor is kind of old and the board is a newer type. In the link is the only board you can get for your CPU.

  3. No, it's the wrong socket type, you need a motherboard with a 478 socket. If it's one of the first P4's you'll need a socket 423.
