Your processor will NOT FIT your board.Sorry to say that your processor is kind of old and the board is a newer type. In the link is the only board you can get for your CPU.

No, it's the wrong socket type, you need a motherboard with a 478 socket. If it's one of the first P4's you'll need a socket 423.
