say you have a degree in computing or something in the USA and you go over to Tokyo or Finland will you still have that degree even though ur in a diffrent country or what do you havft to do to keep it

No. Your degree may not be recognised in some countries, in which case you will have to do more study in the country you wish your degree to be recognised in.
