Wimbledon court news.?

Question

I'm going to Wimbledon this year on centre court to see the mens single final but I'm curious to what is happening in Wimbledons improvement plan.

I know this year Centre is going to look more like it used to with the roof over the spectators and next year (2009) it will also be over the court.

But I also that a new 4,000 seater court 2 is being built where court 13 used to be. I know this is true but I have a few questions about it.

1. Will court 13 be in action this year has work already begun?

2. When the new court 2 is ready what will happen to the names of all the other courts? Will 2 become 3 and 3 become 4 etc or what?

You all may be in the same boat as me and not know but if anybody does I'd appreciate your help.
