I live in MN so have always dealt with mosquitos. I recently recieved an email stating that spraying windex around the doorways, windows or along the grass near a patio will prevent mosquitos. Im just curious if anybody has heard or trued this and if it works?

  1. I have never heard of this.......it may work. But I just spray a bug with windex & that works for me! If theres a mosquito or a fly in the house, as soon as it lands, or even while it's flying, I spray it with windex & it drops to the ground & I pick it up with a napkin. They can't fly with the chemical on them so it's easy to kill them once they're down! Good luck....

  2. idk about windex, but i heard the same thing about listerine mouth wash. they say to spray it everywhere nd itl keep them away.
