I just got a new Janome Mini Compact machine today, and I have followed all the procedures and steps for winding the bobbin. But, for some reason when I am pressing the foot switch, the tension disk is not moving. And the sewing part of the machine is, do I have to use the Thread tension dial, or change anything to enable the winding process?
