Window pannel disappearing from the screen?

What to do I have just istalled Window XP but I cannot install Office XP as the Key window disappears after few seconds ,please suggest me

Check if you are able to open the task manager and see if it also disappears after few seconds or not. If yes, then probably your computer has got funny UST Scandal virus. Go to the following site mentioned in the source(s) below and see the manual process of removing the virus or download the free remover from there.

If you are using any Firewall or Antivirus please disable them and then try again. It should work. Still if it is not working remove any external devices connected to the computer like I POD, External HDD, or Pen Drive.
