Windows Live Messenger?

hey everyone, i have my own account in my computer and i put the settings to save all my conversations, but sometimes my friends use my computer and they sign in as guests. or sometimes its me using the guest account. i was wondering if guests also have the same settings as me, like if they would also save conversations on that account, or would i have to apply those settings??

Every "windows live sign-in account" will have separate settings on different "windows accounts" and on different "computers".

So if you login as administrator and change a setting such as saving conversations, it will not be reflected when you login as the guest and sign-in to the same windows live account.

AFAIK, the only setting that remains persistent is your display picture as it is stored online and only if you have live messenger 8+ and you choose to share your picture across different computers.

If your account is admin account it shouldnt make any of your documents available to anyone in limited accounts.

I also dont think the shared folder will show on other admin accounts either.
