Windows Taskbar help?!?!?

Ok. Tonight I was on my Windows Vista computer. I was on Mozilla Firefox. When I tried to click on another Firefox browser that I had it didn't do anything. The taskbar is completely froze. If I click on the Start, Quick Launch, or any other buttons on the taskbar, nothing happens. It is froze.

How can I get it working?

If nothing works, pull the power cord, wait a few seconds, replace the cord and, if the computer doesn't start back up, press the power switch.  You may lose any unsaved data, but that's better than dying of old age waiting for the computer to start working again (especially if you're younger than 90).

press control-alt-delete and make the system reboot.
