Windows Vista... S Video ? Please help?

I have windows vista on my laptop. I want to watch a movie from Netflix on my tv. I have an S video cable run between the two and can not figure out how to get it to come up on the tv. Please help. Thanks

I don't know what kind of laptop u have but on my Dell u have to hold the Fn key and tap the F8 key to get  it to go through the S-Video.

"CRT/LCD" is written under my F8 key in blue...that's why I have to hold down the Fn key and tap F8.

Sometimes there is a little picture of a monitor...just look for something like that.
