Windows XP : Start Menu Modification/Replacement !?

I want options like; Arrange in groups, Shape change, etc . Is there a way to modify the existing Start Menu or replace it with another software ?

If you want the Vista look, I thoroughly recommend ViStart which makes XP as you may have guessed look similar to Vista. You can then get various mod packages from WinCustomise also.
