im trying to import a video but its not working b/c of the type of video it is. it says that it only works with videos with these endings .asf, .avi, .dvr-ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv

how do i change it so that it works!! my camera is a pentax on the top it says OptioM20...helppp

  1. You need to convert the video to a format Movie Maker supports. Example, you can't import MOV to MM, but you could convert the MOV to AVI, MPG or WMV and then import it.

  2. The only thing i can think of is it you download a video converter to convert the file to a different format that can be used in windows movie maker, or you could download another movie maker program to support the file.

    3gp converter is easy to use, just install, set a language and designated file type then drag into the open box.
