Windows related problem? pls help?

Question

i downloaded picasa photo software..

but m unable to use it as whenever i run the application it says that "current user is not allowed to install or update applications"..

plsssss tell me the solution to the problem..

right click the program and click 'run as...' type in username: administrator then click ok. if a password has been set for the account then its up 2 u to get it.

If this is a Vista system, then go to Start/Control Panel/User Accounts, and turn off User Controls.

log in as administrator n install it there..

log in as adimistrator then convert your log rights as system administrator

then install the software

If you are trying to install any software in your pc you need to be logged in with administrator rights. Generally if you are using a pc at your office or internet cafe this rights will be disabled and hence you wont be able to install any softwares :(

It seems that u dont 've permission for installing the software ;(

Just right click the exe file select the "run as "  select the user which has the permission for installing the softwares ;)

Vista: Right-click and choose run as administrator

XP: Make sure you are using an administrator account!
