  1. What?  on sorry thought you said whinger!  am an idiot, lol

  2. Stay in shape, eat the right sort of things. Maybe go to the gym a couple of times a week

  3. Plyometrics.

Practice kicking until you can hit any spot you want while on the run (preferably using both feet).

Hit the road.  Run until your legs are too tired to move any more, then run back home.  Run with the ball in your hands so you get used to it.

  4. Watch the NZ All Black wingers... Sitiveni Sivivatu and Doug Howlett and learn from them ..Wizards

  5. Build your quads. Wingers are usually one on one, so be sure to practice tackling - wrap with arms and drive with legs.

  6. Your 15 and you have a good height and weight so i think strength is not a problem, just work on your sprints, short distances and a side step, so many times as a winger you will get given the ball with very limited space so it is always handy to be able to step inside. You are a big lad now but the others will catch up with you sooner or later so you cant always go straight at them. have a good season.

  7. Three things that are quite nice to have as a winger

    -Speed

    -A nice swearve

    -A nice sidestep

    -A quick acceleration

Other things and skills can help you as a player as well

    -A Good chip and chase

-quick turn around incase the opposition kicks behind you

    -A good dummy pass

Of course, being good on defence should be part of your game as well

  8. run really fast. and build some muscle.
