Wireless cards?! Anyone know about them?

I have wireless broadband all around my house but i also have a PC i wanted to put into a room where the wired internet is not connected. Can my PC becomes wireless like my laptop? How? is it a wireless card i need to get? How much do they cost?

  1. Yes, a wireless card you need.  Or you can simply buy a long CAT/RJ 45 cable.  However, Wireless card costs more than a regular RJ 45 cable.  The length of the RJ45 cable can be reach to 100 meter. So, it should be long enough for your house.

  3. I would recommend getting a Wireless G USB adapter. It plugs into your USB slot, no hassles. They cost around $50 CAD at your local Wal*Mart. If you're not in North America, prices and stores might be different.
